We offer free Express Australia Post shipping on all of our domestic orders over $100.
Please do not use PO Box’s as your shipping address, as we are unable to deliver to them. Please only provide a monitored physical address for shipping, as all items purchased from our website will require a signature upon delivery. We hope that you can understand that due to the nature of the items this is non-negotiable.
INSURANCE
You can shop with us with peace of mind as all jewellery pieces purchased will be shipped with insurance to the purchase value of the item.
DELIVERY TIME & TRACKING
We aim to have all orders dispatched within 2 business days from when you place your order. We will always contact you if this cannot be done via either email or phone.
Delivery in Australia with Express Australia Post can take between 1-5 business days depending on your location and time of the year.
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with tracking details via email so you can track your parcels progress with Australia Post.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently we only offer shipping to Australian postal addresses. We will ship to international locations on request, if you would like a quote, please contact us directly at info@golddiamondexchange.com.au.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Once the order is picked up by Australia Post, Gold & Diamond Exchange releases all obligation, responsibility and authority over the order. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Gold & Diamond Exchange know if an order does not arrive. Only then will we be able to lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure the delivery arrives as soon as possible. Gold & Diamond Exchange will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and phone number when placing your order. Should you enter an incorrect address, we are under no obligation to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Purchasing online from Gold & Diamond Exchange requires a signature upon delivery. By agreeing to the purchase, you agree that we have satisfied the condition where a signature has been received from the recipient, appropriate agent, or proxy recipient of the order (chosen at the courier partner’s discretion). You agree that in doing so we have delivered the order within the terms of the agreement between you and us.
You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. Gold & Diamond Exchange takes no liability for any item/s couriered or posted, by choosing this method of delivery you are agreeing to enter into a risk that it is out of our control and we cannot be held liable.
